في هذا الديوان يخرج الشاعر "إبراهيم شعبان" عن صمته ليعلن الحب على المرأة شعرا، فهو لا يعيش لذاته أبدا، بل لسلطان الشعر في "رياح الصمت" قصائد تميزت لعاطفة شفافة وإحساس مرهف وقلب دائم الخفقان ينم عن إحساس عميق بأهمية الحب في حياة الشاعر. يقول الشاعر: "كل حياتي/ سوف أبقى عاشقاً/ حواء في كل حياتي/ سوف أبقى قلم الفطرة/ والثوار بل "طوق النجاة".
ما يميز القصائد أن الشاعر حاول تجسيد كل شيء مؤنث في الحياة، فتنوعت معاني القصيدة، بألوان الطيف الشعري ومذاقاته مستجلبة معها أقصى درجات الشحن العاطفي النبيل وهذا ما يميز شاعرنا عن غيره من الشعراء.
يضم الديوان (35) قصيدة تنوعت بين شعر التفعيلة والشعر الحر وبعناوين مختلفة نذكر منها: "كل حياتي"، "شريط الأماني"، "السر العظيم"، "الشعر المدور"، "أعيان الهوى"، "أنت"، "وهم اليقين"، "العفو" ، "الأجمل"، "النقاب" ... الخ.
