إن لمعارف القرآن الكريم، درجات وافرة، لذا يجدر أن يخدم الإنسان، القرآن بهمة عالية حتى يتعرف على مخازنه واحداً تلو الآخر. وبما أن القرآن الكريم نزل لغرض تربية فطرة الإنسان، وهذه الفطرة لا تتغير، والله سبحانه المتكلم بهذا الكلام السماوي، مطّلع على حقيقة الفطرة وصيانتها من كل تبدل؛ فقد نظم مضمونها بالشكل الذي يكون فيه حديثاً وجديداً دائماً وقابلاً للعرض، كما أن المعارف العقلية والكلية، المتجلية بصورة آيات الهبة، مصانة من الاندثار والقدم، فقد سئل الإمام الصادق لماذا لا يحصل للقرآن من التكرار والنشر والدرس إلا التجدد فقال: "لأن الله تبارك وتعالى لم يجعله لزمان دون زمان ولا لناس دون ناس فهو في كل زمان وعند كل قدم غض إلى يوم القيامة". وأحياناً تبين ديمومة القرآن، بديمومة الشمس والقمر، من باب تشبيه المعقول بالمحسوس والقرآن إلى هذا وذاك، عامل في تكامل الإنسان، ولذا ليست ثمة حاجة إلى عامل آخر، لأن كمال أي عامل آخر، يؤمن على ضوء الوحي الإلهي. ضمن هذا الإطار تأتي المحاضرات التي ضمّها كتاب "التوحيد في القرآن" الذي نقلب صفحاته، وهي محاضرات تفسيرية بدأت في تلفزيون الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران منذ سنة 1360، ثم تمّ استخراجها من الأشرطة ثم نشرها في هذا الكتاب.
