"رشقة من رحيق القبضان" الديوان الشعري الثالث للشاعر السعودي "جلال صادق العلي" يضم بين دفتيه إحدى وعشرون نصاً من الشعر العمودي استخدم فيه الشاعر مقاربة انطباعية –تأملية جسدت رؤيته إلى مختلف الأحوال التي يكون عليها الإنسان في حياته، فجاءت القصائد بوح شعري عميق حول سؤال المصير ومغزى الحياة يطل من خلاله على [خارطة الإنسان] يقول: "ظمآن أتلفني الهجير/ وأمضَ راحلتي المسير/ أكفو على نهر الأسى/ أنفاً فتجدني البحور/ حرَدت ذاتي من ذوا/ ت الناس فاخصلت الشعور/ اني أنا الإنسان لن/ يقوى على صهري السعير (...)".
وهكذا في قصائد اللاحقة حاول الشاعر ملامسة أوجاع الناس بشفافية، وفي أفراحهم، وأتراحهم، في الحي، في الوطن، وفي الغربة... فكان خير من كتب وخير من أبدع...
