يعالج هذا الكتاب موضوع النزاع الفلسطيني-الإسرائيلي، ضمن منظور الجيوبوليتيك كما تطرحه العقيدة الصهيونية التوراتية وما حققته دولة إسرائيل، وأثر هذا النزاع على اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في دول الانتشار وخاصة لبنان. ويحلل من جهة ثانية مفاعيل حجم الكتلة البشرية الفلسطينية في إطار معطياتها الواقعية التي تتصادم فيها هذه الديمغرافيا الفلسطينية مع الجيوبوليتيك الإسرائيلي.
كما يطرح موضوع الوجود الفلسطيني في لبنان، بكل تداعياته الأمنية والسياسية والاجتماعية، مركزاً على حتمية التوطين في لبنان كأمر واقع تفرضه المعطيات المتحكمة بواقع هذا النزاع.
ويخلص إلى تقديم اقتراحات للمعالجة، واقعية ومستقلة، تندرج ضمن مفهوم وطني ملتزم يوجبه الميثاق الجديد للدولة اللبنانية من جهة، والعلاقات اللبنانية السورية التي أرستها معاهدة الأخوة والتعاون والتنسيق من جهة ثانية.
