لهذا يهدف هذا الكتاب إلى مواجهة جميع هذه السلبيات، والكشف عن المفاهيم الخاطئة لطبيعة القيادة من خلال البصائر المضيئة التي يبرزها الكتاب، ومساهمات بعض العلماء والخبراء البارزين في مجال القيادة.
