Book Description
مصنف هذا الكتاب هو المولى محمد صالح السروي المازندراني، كان من أعاظم العلم ، ونقده للحديث، وفطاحل العرفان، جامعاً للمعقول والمنقول، ماهراً في الأصول والفروع، أزهد أهل زمانه وأعبدهم وأروع أهل أوانه وأروعهم. ورد محروسة اصبهان في حلمه، وسكن بها، وتتلمذ لعلمائها الأعيان منهم عبد الله التستري... وتوفي بأصبهان سنة 1081 أو 1086. والظاهر أن الاختلاف نشأ مما كتب على فراره في تاريخ وفاته في مراثيه طويلة بالفارسية. ودفن بأصبهان في مقبرة أستاذه العلامة المجلسي.
وأما شرحه هذا لكتاب "أصول الكافي" للمازندراني الذي يعد من أجمع الكتب المصنفة في فنون علوم الإسلام وأحسنها ضبطاً، وأضبطها لفظاً، وأتقنها معنى، وأكثرها فائدة، أما شرحه هذا "شرح أصول الكافي" فهو كتاب علمي كبير قل مثله، حيث اعتنى فيه بشرح الكافي مزجياً وفسر غريبه، وأبلج معضلة، وشرح غامضه، في مجلدات ضخمة فخمة. وهو من أحسن شروح الكافي وضعاً، وأتمها نفعاً، وأبعدها عن الإفراط والتفريط، يطفح بالفضيلة، ويمتاز عمّا سواه من الشروح بجودة السرد ورصانة البيان، ويعرب عن طول باع مؤلفه في التحقيق وسعة إطلاعه، ولا غنى عنه لأي باحث متضلع في الحديث لما أودعه من العلم العزيز والدقائق والرقائق.
وبالنظر لأهمية هذا الشرح فقد اعتنى السيد "علي عاشور" بتحقيق هذا الكتاب فبذل غاية وسعه في تصحيح الكتاب على أوسع مدة كما وبذل وسعه في تخريج أحاديث متن الكتاب، وبتوضيح مشكله.
