تتحدث صفحات هذه الرسالة عن مبادئ مدارس رياض الأطفال التي وضعها المربون حديثاً، فتذكر بداية كيف سبق الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم هؤلاء المربين إلى وضع الأسس الجوهرية للرياض المذكورة، من ثم توقفت عند خصائص مرحلة رياض الطفولة، وشرحت أفكار كل من فروبل ومونتسوري حول هذه المرحلة، وأخيراً ألقت الضوء على الدور الذي تقوم به معلمة رياض الأطفال، كما وكشفت عن فكرة النظام في عرف المربين القدماء وعقبت بآراء عدد من المربين والمفكرين أمثال "حامد عبد القادر"، "مارشال"، "جون ديوي"، "روسو" وغيرهم.
