يناقش هذا الجزء من الموسوعة الطبية الجانب الجراحي والتشريحي لجسم الإنسان من قلب ورئتين وكبد وأمعاء وبنكرياس وطحال ومعدة وغيرها من أقسام الجسم.
كما يناقش التطهير والتعقيم، وجراحة طب الأطفال وأشكال الإنسدادات خلقياً ومعوياً وصفراوياً، وكذلك الانغلاقات المعوية والتكيسات والتشوهات الباطنية، والجراحة البولية عند الأطفال.
ويتحدث الفصل الرابع عن الجراحة العصبية "جراحة الأعصاب" متمثلاً في تخطيط الدماغ والنزف الداخلي وأورام الدماغ والحبل الشوكي والأمراض الوعائية والتشوهات الشريانية الوريدية.
أما الفصل الخامس: فيعالج جهاز الدوران، والفصل السادس يعالج قضايا أمراض الجهاز القلبي والوعائي متمثلاً في أمراض القلب الولادية، وأمراض القلب المكتسبة كالقصور التارجي والتضيق الأبدي والقصور الأبدي. أما الفصل السابع: فيعالج الجهاز التنفسي. والفصل الثامن: يناقش أمراض الجهاز التنفسي من حيث التشوهات الولادية وأورام الصدر السليمة والخبيثة والالتهابات الرئوية والسرطانية.
أما الفصل التاسع والعاشر: فيعالجان الجهاز الهضمي وأمراضه كأمراض المريء والمعدة والأمعاء والتهاب الزائدة الدودية والناسور. وأما الفصل الحادي عشر: فيعالج أمراض الأمعاء وملحقات الأمعاء كأمراض الكبد وأمراض المرارة والبنكرياس وأمراضه وأورامه. أما الفصل الثاني عشر والثالث عشر والرابع عشر: فيعالج الجهاز التناسلي الذكري بأعضائه وأمراضه والعمليات الجراحية والأجهزة التناسلية. أما الفصل الخامس عشر: فيعالج الجهاز التناسلي الأنثوي. والفصل السادس عشر: فيعالج الاضطرابات النوعية عند النساء، كإصابات الرحم وعنقه سليمة وخبيثة.
