شارك في هذه الحوارات ما يربو على الثلاثين اسماً من عالم النقد والرواية، وبالرغم من وجود هذا العدد من الأسماء المهمة في السرد، إلا أني أشعر بأن الجهد لم يكتمل حيث غابت أسماء تمنيت حضورها ليكتمل المشهد الروائي ولكن تظل الأمنيات قائمة بأن يسمح الزمن بالتواصل معها.
كتاب (حوارات في الرواية العربية) محاولة توثيقية أتمنى أن يجد فيها الباحث والناقد صورة آمينة لمختلف الرؤى والآراء التي تمثل الوعي الروائي عند كتّاب الرواية، وأن يجد القارئ فيها ككتاب لذة ما بعد القراءة.
