Book Description
التصحيف: امر شغل عدداً من المفكرين قديماً وحديثاً لما له من كبير الأثر، وعظيم الخطر في عالم الفكر والدين والدنيا.
وهو عند اللغويين مصدر صَحَّفَ يُصَحِّفُ، الكلمةَ: أخطأ في قراءتها وروايتها في الصحيفة لإشتباه الحروف، أو حرّفها عن وضعها.
أو هو بعبارة ثانية مخالفة الراوي للثقات، وذلك بالنسبة إلى النقط.
وقد عرَّف التصحيف حمزة الأصفهاني في تنبيهه، نقلاً عن أهل المعاني بقوله: "هو أن يقرأ الشيء بخلاف ما أراده كاتبه، وعلى غير ما اصطلح عليه في تسميته".
ويحدد أصل اللفظة بقوله: "زعموا... أي أهل المعاني - أن قوماً كانوا أخذوا العلم عن الصحف من غير أن يلقوا فيه العلماء، فكان يقع فيما يروونه التغيير، فيقال عندها: قد صحّفوا فيه، أي رَوَوْه عن الصحف".
ويقال تصحّف القارئ - كصَحَّف -: أخطأ في القراءة، لذا سمّي مصّحيّفاً وصَحَّافاً وَصحَفياً كل من يخطئ في قراءة الصحيفة، وذلك بإبدال الحروف بأشباهها، ومن يأخذ العلم من الصحيفة لا من أستاذ ويكون لذلك معرضاً للوقوع في التصحيف.
