النظم السياحية في لبنان، هو كتاب جامع يتضمّن كافة التشريعات والأنظمة المتصلة بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر بالشؤون السياحية.
اعتنى الكتاب بالبحث حول كافة الموضوعات ذات الصلة بالسياحة والتي عالجتها القوانين والنظم اللبنانية وطبَّقتها اجتهادات المحاكم اللبنانية، وفيه تبيَّن حجم الكتلة التشريعيّة والتنظيميّة، المتصلة بالسياحة، وهي كتلة متلائمة مع طبيعة السياحة التي تحتاج إلى خصوصيّة تنظيميّة، إذ لا تتلاءم متطلبات السياحة، مع تقييد الإدارات السياحية بنصوص تشريعيّة ملزمة، قد يتطلَّب تعديلها أو إلغائها إجراءات تشريعيّة معقدة. فكانت التشريعات السياحيّة، تشريعات مقتضبة مفوّضةً للحكومة والوزارات المختصّة صلاحيّة إصدار الأنظمة التطبيقيّة اللازمة في مختلف لقطاعات السياحيّة. وأن فعاليّة تطبيق هذه الأنظمة، هو الكفيل في تطوير السياحة وحماية السائح.
وجاء عرض كافة النظم المتصلة بالسياحة في ثلاثة فصول، خصص الفصل الأوّل للتعرّف على حجم ونوعيّة الاهتمام الرسمي بالقطاع السياحي، وفي الفصل الثاني، جرى تبيان أهميّة تصنيفات المواقع الأثريّة والطبيعيّة والمدنيّة، في دفع وتفعيل الحركة السياحيّة، وخصص الفصل الثالث للبحث حول التنظيم الخاص للمؤسسات والنشاطات السياحيّة.
