"الأخلاق والسياسة والاجتماع في فكر نصير الدين الطوسي" عنوان الكتاب الذي نضعه بين يدي القارئ العربي، أعده الدكتور "علي مقلد" الحاصل على دكتوراه دولة في الفلسفة بدرجة جيد جداً وذلك في العام 1981. أما ما يميز هذا الكتاب فهو احتواؤه على نظم وآداب التعامل في المجتمع، بدءاً من المنزل مروراً بالشارع وانتهاءً بالحياة العامة؛ وذلك تمّ شرحه بأسلوب سلس يتقنه العامي ويتقبله الفلسفي والسياسي.
وفيه حاول المؤلف تسليط الضوء على مجموعة الحكَم التي صاغها "نصير الدين الطوسي" وأطلقها في مُجتمع ساده الفساد وساد عليه، وسواء عند طبقة الحكّام والوزراء وعمّال الإدارة والعسكر، أو في المجتمع المدني والتعامل بين أفراده، أو داخل الأسرة وما أصابها من تصدع وتفكك في أواصر المحبة والقربى. وقد رأى الطوسي أنه لا بد لإصلاح المجتمع من إعادة بناء الصرح الأخلاقي، وإعادة تكوين العلاقات الاجتماعية على أساس الأخلاق، التي هي بنظره الأساس، من هنا جاء عنوان المؤلف "الأخلاق والسياسة والاجتماع" أي بتعبير آخر الأخلاق في العمل السياسي والأخلاق في العمل الاجتماعي.
هذا الكتاب هو عبارة عن بحث في الفكر الفلسفي لنصير الدين الطوسي نال دكتوراه دولة بدرجة جيد جداً، تناول فيه الدكتور علي مقلد التعليق على منهج الطوسي في مجالات الأخلاق والاجتماع والسياسة وفيه من المواعظ الحسنة والقيم الرفيعة التي نحن بأمس الحاجة إليها في مجتمعنا الإسلامي.
هذا الفكر الناجح، في مجالي النظرية والتطبيق العملي، فكرياً وسياسياً، جدير بأن يدرس لا تعلقاً بالماضي للعيش فيه، بل تحريض لأهل الفكر كي يخالطوا أهل الحكم لتنويرهم وهدايتهم، وخطأ أهل الفكر دائماً أنهم يتركون المجال أبداً للجهال كي يلازموا الحكام، إما ازدراءً وترفعاً وإما صوناً للعلم من رجس الحكم، أو خوفاً.. وكلها أمور لا تعفي المفكرين من مسؤوليتهم الحضارية والإنسانية والأخلاقية.
