قصائد متمردة مجموعة قصائد تتمرد على الواقع القومي العربي الذي يتصف بصفة الفساد، والضعف والتردي على الصعيد الاجتماعي السياسي والثقافي. والشاعر في هذا الديوان يؤكد على الرابطة القومية العرقية، إذ نراه يعبر عن قضايا العروبة الآنية والمستقبلية ويعبر أيضاً عن أزمتها المعقدة.
"كفانا رياءً كفانا نفاقاً، لبغداد دار الرشيد، سيكتب مجد الصمود، فليس لها أن تموت انكساراً، وليس لها أن تموت احتراقاً، ولكنها سوف تأبى اعترافاً بنا، بإحساسنا بأفعالنا".
إن نهج التمرد الذي أتبعه الشاعر، إنما يبدو هنا في اللغة والمضمون، لأن المضامين الجديدة لا يمكن أن نعبر عنها إلا بلغة جديدة توافقها.
