ثم ينتقل إلى مناقشة مشروع قانون الأحوال الشخصية المقترح من السيد رئيس الجمهورية في أوائل هذا العام من جوانبه المختلفة. ويمتاز الكتاب بالتحليل الدقيق، والمناقشة العلمية الهادئة التي تثري معلومات المواطن في قضية هي من قضاياه الخاصة، ذات الأثر الكبير عليه، وعلى أسرته ومجتمعه، وتركيبة وطنه.
