فتحي المسكيني (1961، بوسالم) هو فيلسوف ومترجم تونسي، له العديد من المؤلفات، يشغل كأستاذ تعليم عال في جامعة تونس.
فكره
حصل على دكتوراة الدولة في الفلسفة، لكن قبل دخول مجال الفلسفة كان فتحي المسكيني شاعرًا، والذي كتبه منذ وقت مبكّر جدّا، في الثالثة عشرة من عمره. ولا زال يكتب الشعر بشكل مستمر، وإن كان لا يهتمّ بالنشر كثيرا. وجد في هيدغر استجابة إلى تطلّعاته، وتجربة الشعر وضعته في ورشة جبران بشكل مبكّر، فدخل ورشة نيتشه دون أن يدري، حسب تعبيره. فقرأ كتاب هكذا تكلم زرادشت وكتاب النبي في نفس الوقت، في الخامسة عشرة من العمر. وهذه أحداث خاصة وضعته على الطريق نحو هيدغر بشكل لم يستطع مقاومته. ويبرر سبب اهتمامه بالفكر الألماني:

"نقد العقل التأويلي" كتاب ينصب على الطرح الهيدغري لمسألة المعقولية في ضوء مقومات الوضعية المنهجية المعاصرة، إذ يمكن من خلال ذلك فقط قراءة نصوص هيدغر هي علامة متميزة على حدوث صيغة قارية، هرمينوطيقية، عن ظاهرة المنعرج اللغوي المعاصر، يختلف في طبيعته عن التخريج الذي قام عليه التقليد الإنغلوسكسوني.
يضم الباب ثلاثة أبواب، رصد المؤلف خلالها جذور إشكالية هيدغر التي تراءت لها على شكل ضرب طريف من نقد العقل اليومي، ويتحدث المؤلف عن الملامح الأولى للمنعطف الهرمينوطيقي لدى هيدغر الشاب، ثم يصف مسألة "الزمانية" عنده، ليبرز الاكتشاف الفلسفي الأساسي لهيدغر الشاب.
ثم يعرض المؤلف في مرحلة متقدمة من البحث للمكسي النظري الأساسي لهيدغر الأول في أفق كتاب الوجود والزمان التي هي بعبارة نموذجية نقد للعقل التأويلي الذي ظلا مطلباً ملحاً بعد كانط. ومنذ شلايرماخر. كما يعقد المؤلف فصولاً لدرس ظاهرة (المنعرج) في مسيرة هيدغر ومن خلالها يتم استكشاف الصيغة الأولى من التحول الذي عرفته إشكالية هيدغر بعد نشر الوجود والزمان.
