لذا فقد عرض المؤلف تغيرات واقع الدولة الإيرانية، المتمثلة بتغير النظم السياسية وأثر ذلك على أوضاع اليهود في إيران، ثم بحث في تطور مختلف الأوضاع السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتربوية والدينية لليهود في إيران حتى الوقت الراهن، ثم بحث في أشكال النشاط الصهيوني في إيران في مراحل متعاقبة ثم انتقل بعد ذلك إلى معالجة جذور الاهتمام الإيراني بالقضية الفلسطينية وتطورات الأوضاع في فلسطين قبل وبعد الإعلان عن قيام إسرائيل، ليتحدث بعد ذلك عن العلاقات الإسرائيلية-الإيرانية التي ازدهرت في عهد الشاهنشاهية والتي يحاول الإسرائيليون إعادتها إلى ذلك المسار تحت ذرائع مختلفة وعبر انتهاجهم لسياسة تخرج بين أساليب الترغيب والترهيب و"الاحتواء المزدوج" ولكن على الطريقة الإسرائيلية.
