تعتبر الكلمة الطيبة من أعظم الكلمات التي تقدم للآخرين, إذ أننا جميعاً بحاجة الى رسم الإبتسامة على شفاه الآخرين, وتدعيم مسيرتهم باتجاه القيم الخيرة, ولولا ذلك لأصبحت حياة الإنسان صحراء قاحلة لم ترتو بماء الحياة, ولم تنعم بصفاء الروح. و لذلك يعتبر هذا الكتاب حرباً على الكلمة الخبيثة بالكلمة الطيبة, لبناء جيلاً قوياً ومجتمعاً صالحاً متماسكاً, يسير قدماً في طريق الحق, ونكون ممن قال الله فيهم:( وهدوا الى الطيب من القول وهدوا إلى صراط الحميد). هذا وإن الكلمة الطيبة مشكاة تضيء ليل التائهين, وحفنة من تراب نزرع فيها أمل اليائسين, ويد ممدودة لتنتشل المشرفين على الغرق, وشمعة رجاء في آخر النفق, وهي أهم أحياناً من كسرة الخبز في جوف جائع, وأهم من قطرة ماء في حلق صادٍ, بل إن الكلمة الطيبة إذا سمعت وتعالت فهي القرآن الكريم وحكمة النبي العظيم, وإذا تدانت وتواضعت فهي كلمتي لكم, فاقبلوها مشكورين.
