الإسلام دين صالح لكل زمان ومكان ؛لأنه كلمة الله الوحيدة الاخيرة للعالمين ؛ لذا فإن الاساس الذي يجب أن يكون عليه العالم المجتهد ؛ ان تكون عقليته عقلية فارقة تستطيع استيعاب السؤال وإجابته بشكل صحيح لجميع الناس . وتعد أول درجات التفكير عند الفقيه : تصور السؤال الموجه إليه , ثم تكييفه , ثم الحكم , ثم الغجابة عليه ؛ فربما يبدو الفرق بسيطا في تصور السائل , ولكنه ربما يعير الحكم ؛ ولهذا ينبغي علينا أن ندرب أنفسنا على قضية تصور المسألة ؛ فمعرفة السؤال مهمة لتحديد الحكم الفقهي . وعلينا أن نعلم أن هناك فرقا كبيرا بين الفقه والفتوى . فالفقه هو معرفة الأحكام الشرعية , والفتوى يحتاج المشتغل بها إلى إدراك الواقع : بأن يكون مدركا للزمان والمكان والاشخاص والأحوال . إن معرفة ذلك أمر مهم جدا ؛ لأن كثيرا من الناس عندما يواجهون قضايا معينة , يتهمون الآراء الصادرة عن علماء مجتهدين تشبعوا بالقرآن والسنة , وعرفوا ما هو الدين , وما هو ضده ؛ يتهمون هذه الآراء بأنها بدعة , ويضعون حجابا حاجزا بينهم وبين المسلمين . من أجل هذا , كان من المهم أن تقدم الفتوى بأسلوب عصري , وها هي بين يديك فتاوى شاملة لمناحي الحياة كافة: من عبادات , ومعاملات , وأحوال شخصية , وقضايا عصرية , حرصنا في إجابتنا عليها أن تكون بأسلوب واضح وشامل .
