كما تتناول هذه الدراسة سياسة الملك عبد العزيز الخارجية التي أثبتت ارتباطها بقواعد محددة نتج عنها تدعيم تأسيس المملكة العربية السعودية على أنها دولة ذات كيان سياسي مؤثر قائم على مبادئ ثابتة ومستقلة، والمصدر الأساسي لهذه الدراسة هو الوثائق الرسمية في كل من ألمانيا وبريطانيا وفرنسا والولايات المتحدة الأميركية والمملكة العربية السعودية.
