ويكتسب الطفل من خلال هذه الموسوعة المقدرة على أن:
1- يقرأ كلمات متعلقة بالحرف من خلال الصور.
2- يميّز أصوات الحروف ومواقعها في الكلمة (أول- وسط- آخر الكلمة).
3- يميّز أشكال الحروف في مواقعها المختلفة (أول- وسط- آخر الكلمة).
4- يحدّد موقع الحرف في الكلمة.
5- يحدّد سماعياً الكلمات التي يسمع في اسمها صوت الحرف.
6- يكتب الحرف في مواقعه المختلفة.
7- يكتب الحرف في الكلمات بالشكل الصحيح.
8- يربط بين الصورة والكلمة المناسبة لها.
9- يطبّق نشاطات فنية فيها مفاهيم منطقية مرتبطة بالحرف.
10- يغني قاموسه اللّغوي بكلمات فيها أصوات الحروف (أول- وسط- آخر الكلمة).
