والغاية من هذه الدراسة المقارنة الموجزة لما ذكرناه من مواضيع بيان مدى سمّو الشريعة وتفوّقها ووفائها بحاجات البشر ومتطلباتهم في كل زمان ومكان، وقدرتها التامّة على تحقيق الخير والعدل والأمن والإستقرار للناس، لأنّها من صنع الله العلي القدير، بعكس حال القانون الوضعي الذي هو من صنع البشر الذين مهما عملوا ففيهم الجهل والعجز، ومع الجهل والعجز لا يمكن تحقيق الخير والعدل والسعادة والأمن والإستقرار للناس.
