يبحث هذا الكتاب في تنظيم القانوني لمنظمة التجارة العالمية إذا يشير في الباب الأول إلى إنشاء منظمة التجارة العالمية من حيث تعريفها ونطاقها ومصادرها وتعديل أحكامها وملحقاتها ويبين هذا الباب العضوية في هذه المنظمة وما هي أجهزتها وكيفية التصويت فيها وما هي الشخصية القانونية لها معدداً الأجهزة الرئيسية لها وهي الجمعية العامة والسلطة التنفيذية والجهاز الإداري واللجان الفنية موضحا تقييم هذه المنظمة إذ لم يكن هدفها السيطرة على التجارة العالمية فحسب بل تعدت إلى توحيد الثقافات بين الدول والقضاء على المشاعر الدينية وفيها استحوذ الغرب على جميع مصادر الاقتصاد العالمي واحتكر موارده تحت ستار الانفتاح السياسي وحرية الفكر والرأي وبحجة حقوق الإنسان وحماية الإمكانيات ويتناول الباب الثاني أهداف منظمة التجارة العالمية ومبادئها مبينا حرية التجارة العالمية مركزا على الإطار الفكري ومهام المنظمة المتصلة بحرية التجارة العالمية والإطار التطبيقي لها ويشير إلى مبادئ منظمة التجارية العالمية وهي السيطرة على الاقتصاد والعالمي وتنفيذ الاتفاقات الدولية وتسوية المنازعات التجارية الدولية ومكافحة سياسة الأعراف والشفافية وفي الباب الثالث والأخير يعكس التحديات التي تواجه منظمة التجارة العالمية والمتمثلة في التحديات الداخلية لهذه المنظمة والتي تشمل تحدي أعضاء المنظمة وتحدي الدول الصناعية والدول النامية وتحدي رابطة دول أسيا وأما التحديات الخارجية لها فتمثل في التحدي الإسلامي والقومي والشعبي وأنصار البيئة والتحدي الثقافي وتحدي الإرهاب وتحدي القطاع العام.
