لا شك في أن الحداثة هي المشروع المتنامي الوحيد الذي لم يكتمل بعد، أو لم يزل في طور النمو وعدم الإكتمال، واللاتحديد، والإنفتاح، وربما التساؤل، وإن أي مفهوم، أو رؤيا، أو منظور للحداثة هو - بالتأكيد - مقنن لها، بعيد كل البعد عن جوهرها وحقيقتها ومنتوجها الإبداعي الحر.
إن هذه الدراسة الموسومة بــ (الحداثة بين التحديث والتأصيل الحداثي (حداثة الشعرية أم شعرية الحداثة ؟!!)؛ قد تشكل إضافتها أو بصمتها النقدية لأنها لا تتشبث بالرأي، ولا تنبثق عن تحجر معرفي مقيس أو مقنن، وإنما تفتح أبواب الحوار والمناقشة، وتطرح العديد من الآراء التي أخذناها من أفواه كبار المبدعين العرب (نقاداً وشعراء) لدرجة أغنوا منظوراتنا ورؤانا بما لا ينكر فضله وأثره في تأكيد جسارة الطرح في هذا العمل، فأتت مقترحاتنا النقدية خلاصة ما توصل إليه الآخرون، وصفوة ما خلصنا إليه من رؤى ومفاهيم، وإضاءات قد تسهم - إلى حد بعيد - في ملامسة الكثير من القضايا الإبداعية التي تمس هذا المصطلح من قريب أو بعيد؛ والإجابة الشافية عن الكثير من التساؤلات الغامضة والمضمرة في داخل خلجات نفس الكثير من مبدعينا ونقادنا معاً.
