يضمّ هذا الكتاب مجموعة أوراق قدمها عدد من الكتّاب والكاتبات خلال ندوة نظمتها مؤسسة الدراسات الفلسطينية في لارنكا، قبرص، يومي 28 و29 نيسان/أبريل 2012، بعنوان "الصراع العربي-الإسرائيلي في ضوء المتغيرات العربية والإقليمية"، وشارك في مناقشتها ثلة من المدعوات والمدعوين. تضم هذه الأوراق قراءات لمحللين ومتابعين لأوضاع عدد من دول المنطقة، مع تركيز خاص على وقع الانتفاضات الشعبية على القضية الفلسطينية. ويمكن قراءة كل ورقة بمعزل عن الأُخرى كون كل واحدة منها كُتبت باستقلالية تامة عما سواها، وبمقاربة متباينة ومحكومة بمنهجية كاتبها ورؤيته الفكرية والسياسية.
