النصيحة أو الموعظة هي إرادة بقاء نعمة الله للمسلمين وكراهة وصول الشر إليهم، وإرشادهم إلى ما فيه مصلحتهم، وغاية النصيحة أن يحب الإنسان لأخيه ما يحب لنفسه، وفي النصيحة الخير الكثير للناصح حيث يحصل على الثواب العظيم من الخالق الكريم ويشعر بالراحة النفسية لأنه يؤدي واجباً مهماً ويحبه الناس ويمدحه القريب والبعيد.
وفي القرآن الكثير من النصائح للناس منها، قوله تعالى: وإذ قال لقمن لابنه وهو يعظه يبني لا تشرك بالله إن الشرك لظلم عظيم"، وهناك أيضاً دور كبير من الروايات التي تؤكد على ذلك نذكر منها: قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: إن أعظم الناس منزلة عند الله يوم القيامة أمشاهم في أرضه بالنصيحة لخلقه". والكتاب الذي بين يدينا يأتي ليقدم العديد من القصص الوعظية، حيث يتخذ منها أداة لتربية النشء الجديد على الخلق السليم والتربية الإسلامية الطيبة.
