وفي هذا الكتاب الذي جاء ليؤكد عدم صحة هذين النظامين لأسباب قام بشرحها من خلال استعراض واقع الملكية في التاريخ الاقتصادي والموقف من فرضية الوضعيين ومناهجهم ليؤكد مرة أخرى أن مبدأ الاستخلاف في النظام الاسلامي وفي الفكر الاقتصادي الاسلامي هما الحل الوحيد كونهما يراعيان حاجات الفرد والمجتمع في آن معاً، مع وضع الضوابط الكفيلة بعدم تغول أحدهما على الآخر.
