عجبت كيف يظل لون القطن أبيض رغم غدران الدم المسفوكة، فلقد شهدت مزارعنا إختباء رجال عارضوا سياسة رجل ما، وطاردوهم رجال يرتدون ثياباً لم نزرع قطنها، ليجرجروا المختبئين من مكامنهم، ويذبحوهم في الليالي المعتمة فتجري دماؤهم بين الجداول التي تسقي المواشي والأرض...
