كما تطرق أيضاً غلى ضرورة تحديث القوانين المنظمة لتفعيل الخدمات المصرفية عبر الإنترنت وفق ما يناسب كل مجتمع مع أهمية تحديث وعصرة الأطر التشريعية والقانونية والمالية والبنية التحتية المصرفية في المنطقة العربية بشكل عام، كما يتضمن عدداً هاماً من المراجع العربية الهامة، ضمن معلومات،واقتراحات بناءة وعلمية تساهم في خلق الحوار والرؤية الشاملة للمصرف.
