تبين الدراسات العلمية، التي سعى العلماء المتخصصون لتوضيحها عبر مؤتمراتهم العلمية، التي قاموا بها في بلدان إسلامية وغربية، في مناسبات مختلفة وظروف متباينة، أن الانحراف هو نتيجة لفقدان عامل الأمن الاجتماعي، الذي يفقده مجتمع أو أسرة ما في أي زمان أو مكان، بغضّ النظر عن المحيط أن يكون دينياً أو لا ديني، محيط علمي أو جهلي، في المدينة أو القرية، من الصغار كان أو الكبار. هذا وقد جاء الإسلام وفيه نظام يعالج فيه مختلف زوايا الانحرافات الاجتماعية ويحلل من خلالها بكل دقة دوافع الجريمة في المجتمع الإنساني، ويشرّع على ضوء ذلك أحكاماً صارمة لقلع منشأ الانحراف من جذوره النابتة في عمق النفس الإنسانية، ولذلك حدد تعريفاً شافياً للجريمة، ووضع لها نظاماً أطلق عليه الفقه (العقوبات)، وذلك الموضوع هو واحد من المواضيع التي ستناولها الباحث في دراسته التحليلية الموضوعية حول الانحرافات الاجتماعية وذلك على ضوء القرآن والسنة ونظريات علم النفس والاجتماع والتي جاءت ضمن اثني عشر فصلاً تناولت المواضيع التالية: 1-تعريف الجريمة، 2-الجريمة والعوامل الاجتماعية، 3-الأسرة وبواعث الجريمة، 4-الطلاق وبواعث الانحراف الاجتماعي، 5-الانحراف والعوامل الاقتصادية، 6-العمالة الوافدة من أفدح المشكلات الاجتماعية، 7-وسائل الإعلام والانحرافات، 8-الفراغ والانحرافات، 9-الرفقة والانحرافات، 10-المدرسة والانحرافات (المعلم والتعليم أنموذجاً)، 11-العلاجات الوقائية من الانحرافات، 12-أهمية الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر.
