وهكذا تتعدد الأسئلة بتعدد الناس، وتكثر تلك الأسئلة أو الأوهام عند من لم يهتد إلى قواعد ثابتة بيني عليها معتقده في الحياة، تقوم على اساس العلم واليقين. ويغدو الناس نتيجة لذلك طرائف متعددة لكل واحدة منها رأي تخالف فيه الأخرى، فهم بين متهم لله في عدالته، وآخر يهتدي لحكمته، وثالث يثني الآلهة، ورابع لا من هذا ولا مع ذاك، وخامس وهم قلة يكون ممن هداه الله سواء السبيل.
هذا البحث الذي بين يديك على إيجازه واختصاره، يحاول أن يعطيك لب القضية شارحاً لك أبعادها، ولا يعنيه أن يدخل في الردود والإشكالات فليس مكانها هاهنا، وأنت قد تعييك الإطالة فيها فتمل وتضجر.
