يحاول الكاتب توضيح حقيقة المذهب الشيعي الذي طاله الكثير من التحريف، وكانت له وقفات عنه عدد من الكتب والأحاديث التي تناولت فضل آل البيت وضرورة اتباعهم. وكان له حوار مع المحدث الدمشقي الأرنؤوطي، ووقفة عند حديث كتاب الله وعترتي ليبين على ضوئه من هم آل البيت ليتحدث بعد ذلك عن ولاية علي رضي الله عنه في القرآن من خلال استدلاله بآية الولاية مع ذكر وجه الاستدلال والمصادر التي أثبتت نزولها في أمير المؤمنين علي رضي الله عنه، متوسعاً بعد ذلك في بحث الشورى والخلافة الإسلامية ليبحث بعد ذلك في المذاهب الأربعة (فقه أبى حنيفة، فقه مالك بن أنس، فقه الشافعي، فقه أحمد بن حنبل) مختتماُ هذا الفصل بلمحة عن الفقه الشيعي منهياً الكتاب بفصل ضم بحثاً تناول بالتفصيل عقائد السنة.
