محمد الأوراغي (مواليد 1948 بمدينة زرهون)، هو باحث لغوي وناقد أدبي مغربي. أسَّس نظرية اللسانيات النسبية للمقارنة بين اللغات البشرية. وهو رئيس سابق لاتحاد اللسانيين المغاربة، وخبير دولي لتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها.
حياته
من مواليد 24 أكتوبر 1948 بمدينة زرهون، ينحدر من أصول أمازيغية. تلقى تعليمه الأصيل في جامعة القرويين بفاس، ونال شهاداته العليا من جامعة محمد الخامس؛ (الإجازة فاس 1972، ودبلوم الدراسات العليا الرباط 1988، ودكتوراه الدولة الرباط 1999).

كل نموذج نحوي يلزمه أن يلتئم من جهة عليا مع النظرية اللسانية التي تتوقعه، وأن يتوافق بنيةً ووظيفة من جهة دنيا مع اللغة أو اللغات التي يصفها، ولا يصحُّ نحو يختل فيه من إحدى الجهتين ومما يشهد لسلامته بدءاً أن يكون بناء النموذج النحوي مطابقاً للنحو الذهني، أي لمختلف العمليات الكلامية والقولية في تسلسلها كما يقوم بها الفرد وهو يتواصل باللغة.
ومن جملة ما يترتب عن صحَّة بناء النموذج أن يتفوق في المقارنة النحوية بينه وبين سائر الأنحاء القديمة والحديثة، وإلا لا مبرر لإنشائه، وأن يجمع وصفّه للغة بين الكفايات الثلاث: الكفاية الوصفية، والكفاية التفسيرية والكفاية النفسية وأن تكون معالجته للظواهر اللغوية خالية من كل الثغرات الملحوظة في أوصاف النحويين المتقدمين والمتأخرين من التراثيين والغربيين.
وأن يَجدِّد في المعرفة اللغوية وفي تطبيقاتها في تحليل الخطاب وإعراب القرآن الكريم.
إن اختبار النحو التوليفي الموضوع لوصف العربية وغيرها من اللغات البشرية أهم بكثير من بناء هذا النموذج، ولذلك خصصنا له هذا الجزء من كتاب المحاضرات في النظريات اللسانية والنماذج النحوية ومحتواه مجرد تمهيد لأشكال التطبيقات النحوية.
