بعد صدور الجزء الثالث من كتاب "النظرية العامة للموجبات" في طبعة جديدة، يصدر اليوم الجزء الرابع والأخير من هذا المؤلف، في طبعته الرابعة المنقحة، التي كان المؤلف قد باشر إعدادها، ولم يتمكن من إنجازها. يتناول هذا الجزء آثار الموجبات وانتقالها وسقوطها في باب آثار الموجبات تم التحدث عن التنفيذ العيني، والتنفيذ البدلي وضمان الدائن والوسائل الممنوحة للتنفيذ على مدينه، وفي باب انتقال الموجبات تم تناول نظرية انتقال الحقوق والموجبات وتطورها، كما وتم التطرق لموضوع انتقال الحقوق والموجبات بين الأحياء، ولموضوع حوالة الدين أو انتقال دين المدين، أنا في باب سقوط الموجبات فتم التركيز على أسباب سقوط الموجبات والتي هي: سقوط الموجب بتنفيذه عيناً أو الإيفاء، سقوط الموجب بما يعادل الإيفاء، سقوط الموجب بدون تنفيذه.
