قد دَوَّنْتُ هذه القواعدِ مقرونةً بأمثلتها، في كتابي: "قواعد التدبّر الأمثل لكتاب الله عزّ وجلّ" الذي زادت صفحاته على (800) صفحة، ولم أجدْ في المفسِّرين من اهتمَّ بإلتزام مضمونها، ولا بإلتزام كثير منها.
وقد ألحَّ عليَّ بأنْ أبْدَأَ بنشْرِ ما يُنْجِزُهُ الله تعالى لي من مجلَّداتِ في هذا التدبُّر، الذي ترجح لديَّ فيه أن أتُابع تدبُّر السُّور على ما ذكر العلماء بعلوم القرآن الكريم، من ترتيب نزولها، لا على وفق ترتيبها الإجتهادي في المصاحف، إلتزاماً بترتيب المصحف الذي وُزِّعَتْ نُسخٌ منه على معظم أمصَارِ المسلمين في عَهْدِ عثمان رضي الله عنه، فمنَ الثابت قطعاً أن كثيراً من السُّور.
