ولِما كانت الشريعة الإسلامية شريعة الهداية والصلاح، وفيها الخير كله،كان لزاماً على مريد الحق في موضوع الفساد الإداري أن يطرق البحث فيها، "فليست تنزل بأحد من أهل دين الله نازلة إلا وفي كتاب الله الدليل على سبيل الهدى فيها"، فبها يتبين الحق من الباطل، والصلاح من الفساد. ولهذا ارتأيت الكتابة في موضوع له صلة مباشرة بحياة الناس، وإيجاد الحل العادل لهذه القضية، تحت عنوان: (الفساد الإداري وعلاجه في الفقه الإسلامي "دراسة مقارنة بالقانون الإداري الأردني").
