نقدم بين يدي القراء وطلاب العلم والباحثين كتاباً عظيم الفائدة، وإن كان صغير الحجم، لكنه نادر في موضوعه، قل من كتب فيه، سواء في القديم أو الحديث، لا يستغني عنه العالم، ويحتاج إليه كل طالب علم، هو كتاب "عرائس الغرر وغرائس الفكر في أحكام النظر" لـ(علاء الدين علي بن عطية بن الحسن بن محمد الحداد الهيتي الحموي) الملقب بـ(علوان).
وإن من يطالع هذا الكتاب يتأكد لديه غزارة علم مصنفه، وباعه الطويل وإطلاعه الواسع في الفقه عامة وفقه الشافعية خاصة، كما يظهر للقارئ أسلوبه الرصين وبلاغته الأدبية الرفيعة.
أما عن الكتاب: فقد ذكر المؤلف فيه مقدمة اشتملت على حقيقة الشكر، وطبقات العين وأقسامها، ثم بدأ بالموضوع فتكلم عن النظر المندوب وأقسام النظر، ثم انتقل إلى النظر المباح، والأسباب المبيحة للنظر وعد منها ستة أسباب، مع الشرح والاستدلال الذي لا تجده في كثير من المؤلفات. ثم تكلم عن النظر الحرام والمكروه مع استطراد واسع مفيد يحتاج إليه كل باحث.
ثم ختم الكتاب بثلاثة فصول: أحدهما في الاستئذان. والثاني في الرجز والردع عن النظر الحرام والتحذير من آثامه. والثالث في التوبة وثمراتها. وبهذا يكون المصنف قد أتى على الموضوع من جميع جوانبه مفصلاً غاية التفصيل، لقمة سائغة لطلاب العلم.
