"باريسيات حنطلة" هي مجموع قصص قصيرة، ذات دلالة، ومعنى يتخذ فيها الراوي من شخصية حنطلة التي ابتدعها الفنان الكاريكاتوري الفلسطيني "ناحي العلي" محوراً للنقاش الذي يثيره عن الوضع السياسي العربي بشكل عام، والفلسطيني بشكل خاص. تأتي باريسيات حنطلة في لحظة تاريخية مثلت ذلك الضعف والانهزام في الموقف العربي، هي شاهد صاهد صادق على الأحداث لا تخشى لوحة لائم. وحتى لا تموت شخصية حنطلة عاد "بريش" يبث فيها الروح من جديد في قصص مبدعة تؤرخ لجيل بأكمله فكان حنطلة البطل والشاهد والفاعل والمنفعل... هي حكايات من الماضي والحاضر معاً تتكلم عوضاً عن المحرومين وتوجه إلى كل الثائرين في وجه الظلم والفساد والتخلف، وخصوصاً بعد ما بدأت رياح النصر تلوح في الأفق "من البعيد ببارقها بعد الانتفاضة الأولى والإنتفاضة الثانية في الأراضي العربية المحتلة وبعد تحرير جنوب لبنان وكذلك حرب تموز 2006 وانتصار المقاومة فيها والأهم من ذلك كله صمود وانتصار غزة والذي لا يمكن إلا أن يكون حنطلة جديدة مرة ليس في فم العدو (...) فحسب بل في فم كل المتآمرين والمشاركين بصمتهم في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها...".
هذا، وتضم هذه المجموعة عشر قصص قصيرة هي: "لا بأس.. الحمد لله"، "الجارة العجوز"، "تيه العزبة!"، "مشروع امرأة"، "قيم مادية"، "حب.. ولكن"، "تقاليد وعادات"، "المنجم الفيلسوف"، "زواج بأجنبية"، "شكراً لفرنسا".
