هذا الكتاب صوت نذير في الأسماع والأعين والقلوب والبصائر: أن دعوا السبات و الغفلة و التثاقل إلى الأرض، وافتحوا قلوبكم وسائر قدراتكم للتبصر فيما وصلنا إليه من تضعضع و ذلة و صغار، حتى داست أوطاننا أقدام الغزاة من كل جنس، بالأسلحة المدمرة و الأحقاد المتراكمة، و الخيانات للمأجورين المنافقين سماسرة القيم و الشعوب، وساقونا عبيداً في المخططات الرهيبة، وسبل الكفر والإلحاد والفواحش والمنكرات، ونحن نزعم لأنفسنا أننا مع أصدقاء ناصحين.
هذه تذكرة بما غاب من نداء السماء يردد في كل مكان و زمان، ان أحفاد اليهودية والصليبية لا يزالون يقاتلوننا بكل وسائل الحروب والمكايد والتخريب والإفساد ، حتى يردونا عن ديننا، إن استطاعوا. ونحن الذين أدخلناهم ديارنا من قبل، و حارب بعضنا بعضاً بسلاحهم وأموالهم وزعاماتهم، ثم سلمناهم أزمة أمورنا وأسلسنا لهم القياد، فغمرونا بأمواج الشهوات والكماليات والمفاخر الخاوية، لندخل حظائر الضعف و الاستكانة والهوان. وها نحن نحصد كما تتداعى الأكلة على قصعتها، لما صرنا عليه من الوهن، أي : حب الدنيا و كراهية الموت.
وقد بسطت كلماتي هذه ألوان الحروب التي شنها أعداؤنا بأيديهم وأيدي صنائعهم: على ميدان التعليم هلهلةً وتشويهاً وتعمية ليخرج أجيالاَ ضائعة بلا علم ولا خبرة ولا وعي، وعلى البحث العلمي تقييداً وتضييقاً وأوربةً لنبقى تبعاً لهم ومصدر ثروة واستهلاك في جميع ميادين الحياة، وعلى لغة القرآن الكريم تحجيراً وتوهيناً وتعجيماً لننصرف عنها إلى التفكير والتعبير برطاناتهم، ونعيش في عبودبة أبدية وتقمقم لفتات موائد اللؤم والخسة والهوان.
كل ذلك تراه مبسوطاً، بوضوح وصراحة و تفصيل، مع بيان لسبيل التحرر والإصلاح والانطلاق في دنيا العمل الإيجابي الكريم. وفي هذا خندق جديد نشقه أمام العلماء والأدباء والمصلحين، ليعمقوه ويوسعوا جنباته، بأبحاث تتناول سائر المجالات المهدمة، في أوضاع الاقتصاد والمال والاجتماع والسياسة والقضاء والدفاع والمعاملات والتربية، والرجوع إلى الله - تعالى - بالإيمان والتقوى والصلاح.
