العودة إلى فوكو، اليوم، تمكّننا من أن نعيد تأويل ما أنتجه في ضوء تأويل إرثنا الثقافي العربي، والإهتمام بأشيائنا وأفكارنا وإنتظاراتنا ورهاناتنا، في مناخنا الثقافي العربي الإسلامي، الذي احتوى، ولا يزال، على محرّمات لا يجوز التحدث عنها بروح نقدية إلاّ نجوى، وكل تفكير حرّ يحاكم قيامياً بإسم المقدّس، بل ويكفّر التفكير تحت رايات التوحيد وفنون القتل.
إن فلسفة فوكو هي فعل تفكر في الراهن، تساعدنا في مقاومة السلطات وممارسة الحرية، إنها فضاء حرب مستمرة.
