Book Description
الإسلام هو تسليم وانقياد وطاعة وانقطاع، اختاره الله تعالى ليختم به رسالاته، ناسخاً به شرائعه السالفة، واختار له سيد أصفياءه وخاتم أنبياءه محمد المصطفى صلوات الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم، فما أعظمها من رسالة وما أعظمه من رسول. وقد جاء في نهج البلاغة عن أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه "الحمد لله الذي شرّع الإسلام فسّهل شرائه لمن ورده، وأعذر أركانه على من غلبه، فجعله أمناً لمن علقه، وسلماً لمن دخله، وبرهاناً لمن تكلم به، وشاهداً لمن خاصم عنه، ونوراً لمن استضاء به، وفهماً لمن عقل، ولباً لمن تدبر، وآية لمن توسم، وتبصرة لمن عزم، وعبرة لمن اتعظ، ونجاة لمن صدق، وثقة لمن تولى، وراحة لمن فوّض وجنة لمن صبر".
لكن الأهواء تلاعبت والسياسة منه سخرت، حتى اتخذته مطية لأغراضها الدنيوية الدنيئة، وسلماً لأهدافها الحقيرة، فما أن اختار الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم مجاورة الرفيق الأعلى، واختاره الله لدار سعادته، بدأ أخطر خلاف وأول فرقة، وهو اختيار الإمام، حيث قالت جماعة: هو تنصيب واختيار شوري، وقال آخرون: إنه نص ووصية. وقد استمر هذا الخلاف وتباينت الآراء، حتى إذا طالت المدة، زادت الشقة ونشأت مذاهب واندثرت فرق، والأمة في تشرذم، وزاد الطين بلّة التعصب الأعمى، حتى دب الخلاف والتطاحن بين مذاهب الجماعة الواحدة. وبتدخل السياسة صار الحكم السيف لا الكلمة، فاستبيحت الدماء وهتكت الأعراض وصار كتمان المذهب لازماً.
وفي هذا المؤلَّف يسلط المؤلِّف الضوء على تاريخ هذه المذاهب. وجاء ذلك ضمن قسمين. تناول الأول منه المذاهب الإسلامية تاريخها، نشأتها، وانتشارها ومصادرها التشريعية وكتبها الحديثية، وقد تمت في هذا القسم ترجمة ما يربو عن مائتين ما بين إمام وفقيه وشاعر وأديب وغيرهم. واختصر القسم الثاني على تناول كتابي الطهارة والصلاة مع ترك بقية الأبواب الفقهية لأن الصلاة أهم عبادة وهي عماد الدين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك تمّ إلحاق الكتاب بثلاثة ملاحق هي: 1-ملحق سلسلة الإمامة الإسلامية، وقد ترجم فيها المؤلف لبعض أئمة المذاهب، 2-ملحق مختصر للطهارة والصلاة عند كل مذهب، 3-ملحق لنص فتوى الشيخ محمود شلتوت. على أمل في أن يكون الكتاب هذا موحداً ليذوب الكل في الإسلام وليس العكس.
