فواز الأزكي: من مواليد قرية قسمين- محافظة اللاذقية- سورية عام 1959, حصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في الهندسة الجيولوجية عام 1995, عضو الجمعية الجيولوجية السورية والجمعية الكونية السورية, محاضر في جامعة تشرين باللاذقية.
