لم تكن الحياة يوماً حلماً وردياً يعيشه الإنسان كما يحلم، ولا قفصاً ذهبياً يدخله فلا يخرج منه، بل تجده يسعى ويسعى ولم يدرك أن سعيه فيه شقاؤه وبلاؤه. ولو علم ذلك لم يبذل قصارى جهده. وهنا تصطدم الأفكار، وتختلط المشاعر، وتشوه الصورة بين ما كان يأمله ويرغب فيه وبين الواقع الذي يعشه فتحدث مشكلة قد تكون حقيقية، وقد تكون وهمية. وهنا يتخبط الإنسان ويحتار صاحب المشكلة في مشكلته فيرغب فيمن يسمع له، ويبث له شكواه ويحاكي أحلامه التي تحطمت، وعن آهاته التي تزايدت فلا يجد في خضم الأحداث مستمعاً جيداً لانشغال الكل بمشاكله الخاصة، والسعي الحثيث في التخلص منها. فتتراكم الهموم أكثر، وتتضاعف المشكلة أكثر، وقد يجد البعض من يسمع له ولكن يا للأسف أن المستمع يحتاج إلى من يستمع له، والمعالج يحتاج إلى من يعالجه والطبيب عليل، والعليل تتزايد علته فلا خلاص لمن يستجير من الرمضاء بالنار.
ولهذا الواقع المرير الذي نعيشه وبعد إلحاح من بعض الإخوة والأخوات ومراسلتنا عبر موقعنا الخاص، أو المشافهة طالبين حالاً لمشكلاتهم ومخرجاً لآهاتهم دونا كتاباً يكون فيه حلول وأجوبة يرجعون إليا وقت الحاجة ويستفيد منها أمثالهم، ومن يعيش قريباً من واقعهم خصوصاً عند فقد المرشد الناصح، والأب المشفق، والأم الرحيمة في مثل هذا الزمان فلم نجداً بداً من الاستجابة لطلباتهم المتكررة من تدوين ذلك الكتاب عد جمع المشاكل التي رأينا تدور رحاها عليها، والقضايا التي يكثر السؤال عنها فاخترنا من المشاكل التي جاءتنا، ومن المشاكل التي عرضت لغيرنا ولم نرتئي جوابه لقصور في جانب، أو ضعف في جانب آخر. فضممنا المشكلة إلى المشاكل التي لدينا وأجبنا عليها بحيث يكتمل البحث، ويكون مرجعاً ودليلاً ومفرجاً ومخرجاً لكل صاحب مشكلة وألم.
