في ظل ظروف تعج بالتساؤلات النابعة من شبهات عقائدية–هي في حقيقتها قديمة يروّجها أعداء الإسلام ويجددها أتباعهم–يتصدى علماؤنا الأعلام للإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات، ورفع تلك الشبهات بما لا يبقي مندوحة تخفى عليه حقائق الدين وأصول المذهب. إلا أن الشيخ "محمد السند"، قد تجاوز هذه المرحلة إلى مرحلة أخرى يبادر فيها إلى طرح الأسئلة والإجابة عنها متخطياً بذلك تقليدية السؤال والإجابة عليه متى ما حصل ذلك من أحد، إذ تصدى إلى أن يطرح تساؤلاته على شكل بحوث قيّمة ترفع الشبهة، وتعين الباحث على المطالبة في الاستزادة من بحوث بكرٍ لم يتطرق إليها أحد قبله.
والكتاب الذي بين يدينا هو إحدى هذه المحاولات، إذ هو في الحقيقة إجابة عن سؤال، وإن كان لم يطرح مباشرة إلا أن الواقع العلمي للحوزة يجده ملحاً في ظل هذه الظروف، والسؤال المطروح: ما هو مقام فاطمة الزهراء عليها السلام، وما هي حجّيتها وولايتها كذلك؟ وللإجابة عن ذلك، عقد المؤلف بحوثاً جاءت على شكل بيان لمقامات فاطمية نابعة من القرآن ومفسرة بالسنة، معتمدة في ظهوراتها على نباهة القارئ الفطن في كشف الحقائق من منابعها القرآنية ومستعيناً بتفسيرات السنة النبوية وأئمة الهدى.
الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إذاً لا تتعدى محاولة قراءة الآيات القرآنية بواسطة السنة الشريفة وصياغة كل مقام صياغة فقهية قانونية، ومحاولة معرفة البعد الفقهي القانوني لكل آية وحديث متفق عليه لدى الفريقين. فالقارئ لهذا الكتاب سيجد إذن إعادة تنضيد الأدلة من مظانها بما يتضمن مرتكزات الفريقين، والتي لم تتداول بهذا العمق والترتيب القانوني.
