واقتصرت الدراسة على تتبع سورة البقرة لما تتسم به من الدور فاعل في بناء المجتمع المدني في المدينة المنورة، وتقديم المنهج العملي لبناء المجتمعات وقدمت النموذج لبناء الحضارات ونشوء الحضارة، ووجهت الإنسان لغاية خلقه فهو خليفة الله في أرضه ومسئول عن رعايتها.
