يتقدّم كتابنا هذا الموسوم بــ "المغامرة الجمالية للنص السيرذاتي" ليكون الجزء الرابع (4) من سلسلة النص الإبداعي، بعد أن انجزنا الأجزاء الثلاثة "المغامرة الجمالية للنص الشعري" و"المغامرة الجمالية للنص القصصي" و"المغامرة الجمالية للنص الروائي"، على التتالي.
وربما يأخذ كتابنا الجديد صورة أخرى عن صور السلسلة السابقة نظراً للإختلاف الذي يتمتّع به النص السيرذاتي عن النصوص الشعرية والقصصية والروائية في مناح كثيرة، على الرغم من أنه لا يبتعد عنها من حيث كونها جميعاً نصوصاً تعبر عن تجربة الأديب في سياقات متناظرة تقريباً.
غير أن النص السيرذاتي - كما تناولناه في كتابنا هذا - لا يتوقف عند حدود السيرة الذاتية الصافية في حدود التجنيس المعروف، إذ وسّعنا من الحدود المفهومية للمصطلح بحيث شمل الكثير من نماذج الكتابة السيرذاتية، كالحوارات الأدبية الثقافية، والشهادات الأدبية، والنصوص السيرذاتية غير المجنّسة وغيرها.
اشتمل الكتاب على ثمانية فصول متنوعة في رؤياتها ومساراتها، اشتغل الفصل الأول على المدوّنة السيرذاتية لعبد الرحمن مجيد الربيعي بعنوان ((تجّليات الذات الحكائية وسيرذاتية الضمير السرد))، عبر المحاور الآتية ((فاعلية العتبات / فضاء الحكي: من إدارة الأحداث إلى رسم العناصر/ القصديّة السيرذاتية: من الذاكرة إلى الفكر / تقانات السرد السيرذاتي / أسلوبية التعبير: اللغة والكتابة".
