هذه رسالة مهمة في مسألة فقهية كَثُر الكلام عليها، فأفردها بالتأليف الشيخ جمال الدين القاسمي ثم مؤلفنا الشيخ العلامة أحمد كامل الخضري شيخ معهد دمياط الأزهري، وهي مسألة المسح على الجورب المعروف في زماننا الآن الموصوف على لسان المؤلف بأنه: الرقيق المصنوع من القطن الذي لم يقصد المشي عليه ولم يُتَّخَذ كوقاية للرِّجلين وإنما هو من دواعي الرفاهية، فعرَّف رحمه الله بالجورب وذكر حكمة المسح عليه، ثم ذكر حكم المسح على المذاهب الأربعة، ثم إستدلالهم، وإستدلال المجيزين وناقشهم في أدلتهم، وخلص إلى عدم جواز المسح عليه، والله أعلم.
