صحيفة رقم13 كتبت بتاريخه المذكور أعلاه. ...ولم تكن لي علاقة بكل تلك الأمور،فهناك أناس كثيرون يعرفون أن ليست لي أية علاقة بأولائك الأشخاص الذين ورد ذكر أسمائهم في اللائحة المذكورة،وهي لائحة سوداء كما وجب التنبيه ، ذكرت فيها أسماء المرتشين والمستغلين للنفوذ والمتسلقين للمناصب والمتهاونين في القيام بالواجب والممتنعين عن دفع حق الصاكة وحق وسق الزرع من المواسي إلى بلاد النصارى وغير ذلك من الأفعال المشينة والغربي أن اختفاء تلك اللائحة قد سبب كثيرا من الحرج و الضيق لمن قاموا بالتحقيق في أمور الفاسد،حتى فكروا في إضافة أسماء أخرى إليها هي التي كانت من وراء ذلك الاختفاء ،وكان الذين أخفوها قد تلقوا بعض الأوامر بالسكوت عن موضوع ،حتى وجد من بينهم من فضح ذلك وتطوع بإضافة اسمه إلى تلك اللائحة ، بعدما كشف عن النسخ السرية الموجودة منها ،وقال إن بعضها مكتوب بالخط المغربي وهو من عمل يد الخطاط إبراهيم المنصوري ، ومعترفا بجريرته،في الانصياع إلى أوامر الإخفاء وإتلاف النسخة الأصلية تسترا على من ذكرت أسماؤهم في اللائحة المذكورة. صحيفة رقم24 كتبت بتاريخه المذكور أعلاه. وقيل إن تلك اللائحة السوداء تتضمن أسماء بعض رجال المخزن وبعض الأعيان وفقهاء ومفتين وقضاة وبعض رجال وفادة المخزن إلى الخارج ،والأسماء معروفة لدى الجميع إلا إن المخزن مازال يستقبلهم ويجري معهم المشاورات ويولم لهم ويعينهم في المناصب ويكرم وفادتهم عليه،والذين ورد ذكر أسمائهم في تلك اللائحة السوداء يعتبرون أنفسهم بعيدين عن الشبهات ،وأنهم محسودون على ما آتاهم الله من نعمة المال ونعمة الجاه.
