Book Description
كل مسلم يزهو بتاريخه ويحزن على واقعه، ما بين ماضٍ مجيد، وحاضر مؤلم يتمثل حاضر المسلمين وتاريخهم. وينقسم الناس بإزاء هذه المفارقة إلى قسمين: قسم يقف على هذه الأطلال ويتغنّى بأمجادها، ويعيش في ماضيه لعلّة ينسى آلام الحاضر، فهو يهرب إلى الماضي، ويتلخص دوره في الحياة في أن يربط كل إنجاز يسمع به اليوم بماضي المسلمين ناصع البياض.
وقسم سئم من الحديث عن الماضي والوقوف على الاطلال ورفض كل ما يذكره بهذا الماضي، حتى وصل إلى حد إنكاره ومحاولة محوه من ذاكرة التاريخ، ورأى أنّ الحضارة المعاصرة هي السبيل الوحيد لتحقيق التقدم والازدهار، وربما ظنّ بعض هؤلاء أنّ ما أصاب المسلمين اليوم من تأخر وتخلّف إنما هو بسبب تمسكهم بدينهمواعتزازهم به.
وإزاء هذين القسمين لابدّ لنا من دراسة واعية لماضينا وحاضرنا لنستطيع رسم الطريق الصحيح لمستقبل مزدهر واعد، وهذا ما نرغب به من خلال هذه الدراسة للحضارة الإسلامية، إننا نريد أن نفهم كنه هذه الحضارة ومقوماتها كنموذج للحضارات الكبرى لنرسم لنا طريقاً جديداً إلى الحضارات، لكنّه طريق واعٍ لا تقوده عواطف خداعة، ولا مثاليات مفرطة، ولا هروب من واقع مؤلم إلى أحلام كطيف الخيال أو كسراب الظمآن. نحن هنا نريد أن نفهم ما الحضارة؟ وما مكوناتها؟ وكيف تنشأ؟ وما الذي تمتاز به الضارة الإسلامية عن غيرها؟ الله وهل هي حقاً أكمل الحضارات وأجدرها بتحقيق الريادة والسمو؟ لا نريد منك عزيزي القارئ إلّا أن تُعمل فكرك، وتبذل جهدك لتسير معنا سير المتبصر المتعلم، اقرأ معنا هذه الصفحات متسائلاً مفكراً، حلل ما نقدمه من أدلة، قارن ما نستعرضه من مظاهر بما تعيشه في عالم اليوم، شارك زملاءك وأساتذتك في حوارات عميقة وتحليلية حول ما يثيره هذا الكتاب من قضايا وما يقدمه من أفكار.
