بزغت أنوار الإسلام وانتشرت تعاليمه في ربى الحجاز، وفي ربوع اليمن، فأدخلت هذه الأمة في طور جديد كان فاتحة لعصر من عصور الحضارة التي بهرت العالم أجمعه في تلك الأيام، ولا تزال موضوع الإعجاب إلى هذا الزمان تلك الحضارة التي وضعت للناس أول أساس للحرية والإخاء والمساواة، وكانت مقدمة لما نشاهده من آثار العمران، وارتقاء المدارك، وتقرير حقوق الإنسان.
