يسعى هذا الكتاب إلى إعادة بلورة هذا العلم الإسلامي الذي غفلت عنه العقول، وغيبته عهود الجمود، علماً أن الأصول محور فكر المسلمين، ومدار جدهم وتفكيرهم في إطاري النقل والعقل. إن المعاني الإسلامية كفيلة بأن تعايش كل العصور وتستوعب كافة التطورات، بحيث تسري الشريعة صالحة للإنسان مطلقاً من دون مناقضة للمعاني الأزلية وخلفيات التشريع.
